Our radio system operates on a licence free specific frequency that may not be permitted to be used in all parts of the world.

In the UK one of the allocated bands for radio fire alarm equipment is 173Mhz. In other countries this frequency might be allocated to other types of equipment that may interfere with our system or vice versa.

For this reason it must be established whether the systems frequency is permitted for that use in a particular country. If it isn't, our equipment can be redesigned to operate on an approved frequency for that particular country or region.

We have supplied equipment on several other frequencies in the 120-200Mhz range so please contact us for advice on whether a suitable frequency is available for your needs / country.

We are always interested in forging new relationships with companies that wish to promote our products in their own or neighboring countries. We do however require that they purchase the necessary survey and demonstration equipment and complete an in-depth training course.

We are able to provide an overseas 'on site' support service if needed but with the correct training any commissioning or maintenance problems should be easily solved by a trained engineer.
